Most attorneys charge their services on an hourly basis, and so do I. I do not take assigned cases (“toevoegingen”), but my fees are competitive in the private sector and offer a sound balance between price and merit, for private clients as well as businesses.

I do not charge the first half hour in which we discuss your case. From
then on, the costs involve the hourly fees plus 6% office overhead
and VAT. If I have to make any payments on your behalf such
as fees to obtain official documents, court fees or bailiff
charges, I charge these on in my bill.

For businesses, I offer the possibility of all-year-round
legal support at a competitive fixed rate. This service
covers any short and straightforward legal question.
Moreover, if the problem is too complex to be included
in the subscription, subscribers profit from a special
discount on the usual hourly based fees. In addition,
as a regular client you will receive my e-mail newsletter
on current legal developments of interest to your business.

General terms and conditions apply to all legal services
I render; these have been filed with the District Court of
the Hague (76/2008) and can be obtained at request.
